HomeGrown
Welcome to my repository! Here, you will find an application built by myself and my three team members for GWU's Full Stack Web Development program. At the time that this application was built, the DC area was under lockdown as a result of Covid-19, so my team members and I took it among ourselves to build a front-end web application that solves a real-world problem. With HomeGrown, users can search and visit small and local shops within their area and boost revenue for smaller businesses. Built using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and an API provided by Foursquare, users can easily and seamlessly navigate our website and find local shops and services.

WeatherDashboard
Welcome to my repository! By using data supplied by the Open Weather Map API, when a user visits the page, they are able to enter a city's name and obtain the current weather conditions in that location. They will be able to see the temperature, humidity, UV index, and wind speed. The UV index is also color-coded based on whether the conditions are favorable. Additionally, they will see the five-day forecast with the weather and humidity for that day. The user will also be able to view the current date at the top center of the page. Finally, when the user refreshes the page, they will be able to view the search history of the locations where they have previously checked the weather.
