this game have leaderboard?

No, it doesn't. There are only team scores since currently the only gamemode is played in teams and the individual scores aren't important. But when we'll get non-team gamemodes we are going to need this feature. It is not a priority though so you'll have to wait a bit (unless you submit a pull request of course). I have a Skype account but I prefer discussing here so that everyone can read it. There is already support for mods, you can read about it in doc/modding.md. I won't create alternative mods until the work on the 'enslavism' branch is complete and merged, so if you want new mods you should do it yourself if you are able to code or find someone who is.
