Simple 4X strategy on hex map.
This is in a very-very early development now. There is nothing to play yet.

- Desktop (Linux, Win, Mac OS): for debug and development purposes, may be for playing in future)
Project uses libgdx + scala
main code placed in core module
run it with./gradlew desktop:run or test with gradlew core:test
