Crash when trying to delete save a game with a backtick (`) in the name

It's possible to save a game with a backtick (``) in the name, but if you try to delete it, KaM Remake crashes so hard it can't even display the "report this bug" window :D
I saved a game by accident with a backtick (e.g. TSK15`1).

Edit: it may be unrelated to the backtick. Try deleting a couple of saved games in a row. After a while KaM Remake crashes.
