To run this app, just clone this repository and navigate inside this repo in your system
Run the command pip install -r requirements.txt to install all the necessary packages and libraries
Once all libraries are installed run the command streamlit run app.py
For online upload you will need sequence ids of gene.You can take help from this link https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/sequenceids/
