What factors lead to customer satisfaction for an Airline? Our final project for Miuul Data Science & Machine Learning Bootcamp Program

In this process, we worked on an aviation project that included approximately 130,000 observations, and it was a study in which we estimated the satisfaction level of people traveling by plane according to various surveys.
A project that deals with the preparation of the data set, the identification of outliers and missing observations, the creation of new variables, and the evaluation of the results and model creation by testing various machine learning models on the data set throughout the study.

TR: Bu süreçte yaklaşık 130.000 gözlem içeren bir havacılık projesi üzerinde çalıştık ve uçakla seyahat eden insanların memnuniyet düzeyini çeşitli anketlere göre tahmin ettiğimiz bir çalışmaydı.
Çalışma boyunca veri setinin hazırlanması, aykırı değerlerin ve eksik gözlemlerin belirlenmesi, yeni değişkenlerin oluşturulması ve çeşitli makine öğrenmesi modellerinin veri seti üzerinde test edilerek sonuçların değerlendirilmesi ve model oluşturulması ile ilgilenen bir proje.
