Title: Add an introductory series of infographics in Blockchain Development

The Blockchain Development track has remained untouched and needs to address basic introduction.
This is as part of GSSoC contribution.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I have created an Infographic series which can onboard naive user to blockchain. I would like it to be added to the blockchain development track.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I had considered writing a small introduction, but I think Infographic will work better.

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
