I was trying using PCRamp, and an error as described was thrown out.

I am wondering if the tool can design primers for amplicon sequencing? say, I have 10 genes of different sizes, how should I set the appropriate amplicon size for each gene? and how can I define sequence regions (before start codon, or after stop codon) for each gene if the desirable primers should be located out of each gene? I read through the online manual, my understanding is that the --target.amplicon.min and --target.amplicon.max looks like to be universal.

I really appreciate if you would advise. Thanks.
