This server displays a webpage at it's root (http://localhost:3000)
If you visit http://localhost:3000/list-hotels it displays a list of all hotels in it's collection
Posting hotel data to http://localhost:3000/create-hotel will create a new hotel and add it to the collection
Install dependencies using npm
