When removing all layers must delete all widget data

If the widget data is not deleted then errors can occur if the widget is reopened. As connections are still connected etc...
At the moment the dockwidget is removed but this doesn't delete the widget

This problem was only in debug and seemed to be caused the stepping buttons from the debugger.
