Issue with GIF function

Hi,

I am having an issue with getting my GIF to work. I have read issue #77 and #78 to try to get some clarity on why it may not be working, but I still am having no luck. This is what my output looks like when I try execute the code:
VAME gif

I believe I followed the correct protocol with regard to egocentric alignment. However, still no luck with this code. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I am having a similar issue. The mouse is not visible in the GIF, just random parts of the arena. The UMAP projection in my case is also quite compact and monochromatic, but this is probably a separate issue.

I have opened the SEQ-PE.npy file separately and can confirm that the data appears to have gotten egocentrically aligned. Is there an error introduced after this?

I'm happy to share a small dataset that can replicate the problem if that would be useful here.

Hi @kevinbolding were you able to resolve your GIF issue?
