vame.evaluate_model() Output Explanation

Hi there,

I am running VAME on plant root growth videos. I have managed to get the model to run for my data and for the example data successfully. However, I have found that my evaluation plots look very different to the ones from the example data.

I have read the paper and looked at the supplementary material for the evaluation plots but I found I still not fully understand what the number of lines mean, where the lines come from and what the y-axis is. I understand what is important is how well the black lines match the red-dotted lines. However, for my plot, I find it confusing as I believe it is a very generalised representation and this is not explained well in the paper.

I have the same amount, if not more data than the example data. So is it an issue of the complexity of my data compared to mouse data?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
