Should check various algorithmic scalars if there are not finite and return with appropriate error code (e.g., if it occurs after step computation, should exit with "step computation error").

Also should add more comprehensive tests in DEEP_CHECKMODE (on search directions, iterates, residuals, even NLP matrices coming from user).
