National symposium on galactic dynamics and dark matter for grade 11 and 12 high school/CÉGEP students in Canada. This workshop will teach the basics of coding applications in astrophysics using a Python Jupyter Notebook and go through making a galactic rotation curve using real data from the GAIA mission from the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Nobeyama Radio Observatory (NRO) from the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ).
