To Install Jupyter Notebooks without installing Anaconda (assuming your using Python 3.x).
Recomment Anaconda install. Anaconda has all the package required already.

Using Pip.
In Terminal:
pip3 install --upgrade pip
pip3 install jupyter
jupyter notebook
