Resources extension breaks when adding new resource item

When adding a Resource item an error is thrown and the modal view does not open

Expected Behaviour

To be able to add the resource items without any error

Actual Behaviour

Once we click on the 'Add' modal view doesn't open and the screen is stuck with the white overlay

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick any course with Resource extension
2. Go to Project settings --> Extensions --> Resources --> Resource Items --> "Add"
