Mini-project for the Python for Biologist class at Pwani University
This project has three folders as below;
- Data - This folder contains PDB files that can be used to do analysis as per option set.
- Results - This folder saves all exported files in .txt format.
- Scripts - This folder contains main script called PDB_analyser.py and modules modules.py that have each function for each input option.
