Setup {
npm init -y
npm install discord.js dotenv
npm install -g typescript ts-node
tsc -init (Note if tsc.ps1 cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system, run powershell as Admin then paste Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned)
}
Run Index.ts use - ts-node index.ts
"npm run tsc" - Duplicates index.ts and changes into index.js
