Chatbot that use Amazon Lambda as the connector to Amazon Lex to provide an answer to the user's question. If Lex is unable to provide an answer, Amazon Kendra tries to fullfil it using a FAQ document as data-source that has been curated from 5 crawled websites, containing over 350 questions and answers. If neither Lex nor Kendra are able to fulfill the question, then a 'Can't find an answer to that' message is returned by Lex.
