Support for Mailfence

Hi,

Would it be possible to add Mailfence, this provider would also be a privacy secure email provider in Belgium, and the offer also a free and payed account.... It would be nice if you could add in in also, i would help to test it out if needed as i have for years now a payed account there..

Yes that would be fine, only Mailfence dont have a captiva like proton....

Well, then I suggest you figure out how it works and we can later figure out how to integrate it.

@ruditimmermans I have cleaned up the code recently and it should be easier to add new backends that have different login sequences/behaviors. If you still interested in taking a stab at it, now would be a good time.
