TypeError in Test.py

I have made some changes in test.py file and included below

Issue:
parser.parse_args('--is_training', action='store_true')
TypeError: parse_args() got an unexpected keyword argument 'action'

Hi, i am updating the model.
The test.py is not complete yet sorry.

you can use test.py now.

Sure, i changed some code and update readme.
Now, i am training the model and does not check the final result.
If any question is, please make an issue :)
