I also think it is highly questionable to disguise paid advertisements as regular user posts.
So here is a chrome extension to automatically remove this goddamn pest.
Just enable developer mode in chrome://extensions, click load unpacked extension, select the contents of this repo (as a local directory, of course) and you're golden.
