It is based on Microsoft Access DBMS and is intended to automate the work of a recruiting company. The objectives of the system are to store and fill the database with information about candidates looking for work, companies providing vacancies, employees and applications that display the process of recruiting personnel, processing and analyzing accumulated data, generating reports on the results of the work done.
