Add AutoStart as an option for starting the game on multiple clients

I probably should've suggested this here 2 months ago when I first made it, but AutoStart can be used (alongside with LC_Launch_Profile) to automatically start the game, and then pull the lever after x amount of players join the game (where x defined in the config).
