Basic API/Flask test. Uses the OpenWeatherMap API. Requires flask to be installed on your machine in order to run on localhost. Along with the flask installation, you should also get the following python libraries: Flask, render_template, request. Feel free to fork/download/modify, just please notify me if you intend to publish a version yourself.
