  • Create 3 separate folders called "sfigu_Marker_genes_ant, sfigu_Marker_genes_mid, sfigu_Marker_genes_post" and separate the pdfs into each folder as these will each be a separate supplementary figure.
  • Enlarge the color scale font 3 times. Should be ok to shrink the plot onto one page and have small boxes, but the color scale font will need to be enlarged.

  • Create AI file for Mid
  • Create AI file for Post
  • Remove "Anterior" from AI file for Ant (this can now go into figure legend)
