Cental gland and peripheral zone masks for the testing group of the PROSTATEx prostate MRI dataset.
All segmentations were performed manually.
The files are in compressed NIFTI (.nii.gz) format. All segmentations have been performed on axial T2 images (n = 141 exams). Each filename contains the following information (separated by underscores):
"PROSTATEx Patient ID"
