Tomo2Mesh API and Reconstruction UI for Beamline 1ID. Currently WIP.
Create a new conda environment and install requirements via env_setup.sh.
The various notebook support standalone processes. Most use utilities. To use the reconstruction UI, run recon_gradle.py and connect to the local http server.
