Change default cache life to 0

For people ramping up into development, having a cache life pre-set can cause some confusion. A working solution would be to make the setExpires default as "0".

The earliest this could go in is 0.5.x due to backcompat issues.

I agree with this. This caused much headache the first time I tried using it.

My only concern is the back-compat which would make it 0.5.0 target. Any
thoughts?
