We developed a solution based on the lambda architecture for storing, processing and displaying data. The system consists of three subsystems that combine to allow monitoring of incoming calls in "Near Real Time", providing a dashboard that displays key metrics, and enabling early call type classification for the answering provider to route the call appropriately.
