Supporting codes to "Prognostic relevance of gene-expression signatures".
Scripts starting with a numerical prefix (00_,01_,...) are used in order to download and normalize all data except METABRIC (for METABRIC, you habe to get access from the METABRIC committee).
Scripts starting with "main_" are used to analyze data: from reading data to plotting results as they can be seen in the paper.
