Omega-Actions-Plugin The plugin creates the sit, crouch, crawl.
Usage: Sitting : "Z" (90) ; Crouch : "Í" (226) ; Crawl : "U" (85). The plugin is still under development. All ideas, advice and improvements are welcome.
