Search in 'esx_policejob/client/main.lua' for
elseif action == 'handcuff' then
TriggerServerEvent('esx_policejob:handcuff', GetPlayerServerId(closestPlayer))
Replace it with:

TriggerServerEvent('esx_cuffanimation:startArrest',
GetPlayerServerId(closestPlayer))
Citizen.Wait(3100)
TriggerServerEvent('esx_policejob:handcuff',
GetPlayerServerId(closestPlayer))
