Python_Gate
Python_Gate is a repository of Python notebooks for GATE applications.
The Python notebooks currently cover:
- GATE outputs and how to read them with Python
- Data analysis for radiotherapy applications
- Image and DICOM files processing (conversion, tag modification, RT plan extraction, ...)
All notebooks come with a GATE example producing outputs to analyse
