Limit the size of the tree viewer to the size of the window

Is there a way to limit the size of the phylocanvas tree view window based on the size of your browser window?

When there is a large number of samples in your tree, it is very difficult to see a full picture of the tree and instead you need to scroll through sections. It is much easier to zoom in than out so it would be great if the default view of the tree showed the full view.
