File download not working?

I'm unable to download a file. This returns the metadata for the node:
node/75ea6172-885c-4fe5-b99b-eed83fc824de?download
I've also tried with download=1. This is on a file I uploaded without any auth information.

Proxy stripping query parameters.

FYI Dan updated the proxy so this is working now.
