globalign

A library for fast FFT-computed global mutual information-based rigid alignment using the GPU.

Requirements: Python3.8.8, PyTorch 1.8.1, numpy, torchvision, scipy, sklearn
(CUDA-compatible GPU for GPU acceleration.)
