Nightingale have changed the format of their data meaning it needs to be extracted as flat text files to input to Metaboprep. This may be causing issues where the feature names are not in the correct column so cannot be retrieved.

Need to add details to user instructions about how to run new format Nightingale files starting with flat text files that have been derived from the excel file provided by Nightingale.
