report: missingness figure

Section 1, figure 1 of report: the missingness figure has a legend that states:
"Figure Legend: Missingness structure across the raw data table. White cells depict missing data. Individuals are in rows, metabolites are in columns."
The legend is not accurate to the figure. The legend states the figure is "across the raw data table". But the figure is for the filtered data only.
