this project make for WPF users and UI Designers , it also use in by STYLE in buttons and some elements like , Toolbars and datagrid ,
It`s used for validation and exception by WPF style
That`s it
use this DLL in your root project to use all you need as WPF-strap
just as boot strap but not like bootstrap
