I would need a method to disable all schedules by one click.

The best would be:
Provide entity on/off for all defined schedules and one on/off for all schedules.

or variations.

Additional context

I would like to allow my parents to easily define week when mower is not mowing as sometimes they want to mowe manually during weekend on not cutted grass.

I would suggest using automation as a workaround - setting party mode will stop the schedule, so set a schedule to enable/disable it
