Documentation: add non-imaging examples

In the documentation, we only have examples on how to use the imager currently. This makes sense, as this is the current main usecase of Magritte. However, as magritte is also capable of computing intensity fields, we should add an example on how to do this in the documentation (instead of referring people to the automated tests).
