This project is meant for me to get my feet wet with basic reinforcement learning, based off of this course: http://www0.cs.ucl.ac.uk/staff/d.silver/web/Teaching.html
The eventual goal is to work on an RL scheduling system for dynamic resource allocation, potentially incorporating deep neural network models if necessary.
