Weather Bot

Hey, this bot is used to get weather data.

When you start the bot on command start you are greeted by a short guide, and on command /help you can learn more.
To find out the weather at the moment you need to send a bot location or call the command /weather {city name} , if you call the command the first time or want to change the city you need to specify the name, otherwise you will get the forecast for the last city you were looking for.
To find out the weather for 5 days you need to call the command /weather5days {city name}, it works in the same way.
