The application load dynamically gifs using Giphy API The application is implemented twice as seen on the first page show when the app starts one using BLoC and the other using Riverpod for state management.

flutter pub getin the terminal to get all the project dependencies - Run
dart run build_runner build --delete-conflicting-outputsin the terminal to generate all the code used on the background for things like JSON serialization and de-serialization or the creation of the states for the cubit
