MannLabs/alphapept

Unable to execute within Anaconda

Closed this issue · 0 comments

Describe the bug
I am having difficultly getting alphapept to work. I have tried to install through andaconda according to github instructions, however I am running into an issue with cupy/CUDA when I open alphapept from the command prompt. It would be great if there was addtional support on setting up the CUDA toolkit for alphapept. This is my first time using CUDA for any library. I am running CUDA 11.4.2.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
I was hoping the installation of Alphapept was more straightforward as most of my data analysis is conducted in Spyder via Andaconda.
