No protein_table generated when LFQ is inactivated

Describe the bug
When the lfq_quantification workflow step is inactivated, no protein_table is reported at all.
To Reproduce
inactivate lfq_quantification workflow step when creating a new experiment
Expected behavior
no protein_table within the results.hdf is generated and exported
Additional context
It would be great to export raw protein intensities and just skip the normalization process if lfq_quantification is inactivated instead of reporting no protein intensities at all.
