Clicking on the `clock` Date Time on the upper right nav bar should do something

We don't know what it should do, but we are certain it should do something.
Will merge any functional PR here that improves interaction When User Clicks On Clock.

Was aiming to see either a desktop alarm or the calendar app added here.
Will leave open until clicking on the clock does something better.
