Implement `Invite A Buddy` feature / Import all the Googled Discordiã Twittered Facebroke Buddies

We'd like to add a feature for helping Buddies invite their Buddies.
I've got about 1,000 Gmail Contacts I'd like to invite + 1,000 more from Twitter. We've also got some Buddies stuck in Discordiã and Facebroke. We'd like to be able to invite all the Buddies.
Can anyone suggest a clever way to implement this?
